Planview is pleased to inform you that, to help ensure the continued quality and consistency of Planview Anvi responses, we will be partnering with Braintrust Data, Inc. (“Braintrust”), an AI evaluation and observability platform.

Braintrust will support Planview in evaluating and monitoring Planview Anvi’s outputs across important metrics such as accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, validity, and latency. By measuring real-world indicators of the quality and performance of Planview Anvi responses over time, we will be able to identify issues, detect regressions, and understand recurring failure modes, in order to prioritize improvements to make Planview Anvi more reliable and robust.

The information processed by Braintrust for this purpose may include prompts, user inputs, model outputs, traces, logs, evaluation results, and related metadata, as well as limited personal data such as names, professional email addresses, employment or project information, user or account identifiers, timestamps, usage information, device information, or IP addresses, where such information is included in or associated with Planview Anvi interactions.

Please note that if you choose to include or request business-sensitive or confidential information in prompts, that information may be processed by Braintrust and accessed by authorized Planview employees in connection with the evaluation, monitoring, troubleshooting, quality-assurance, and improvement activities described above.

Importantly, engaging Braintrust to evaluate and observe Planview Anvi outputs does not mean that Planview or Braintrust will use your data to train or fine-tune AI systems or large language models (LLMs). Planview’s existing commitment not to use customer data for those purposes remains unchanged: Braintrust will be used to help evaluate and improve the consistency, quality, and performance of Planview Anvi responses – not to train or fine-tune Planview’s or third parties’ AI or LLMs.

To support regional hosting arrangements, Planview will use Braintrust’s EU environment for customers in Europe, Africa, and Israel, and its US environment for customers in the Americas, APAC and Middle East. For APAC and Middle East customers, only service telemetry will be shared with Braintrust’s US environment – prompts, model outputs, and other personal data will not be sent to the US.

Finally, we would also like to inform you that we have added Sweden as an AWS service location in the Europe, Africa and Israel region to reflect Planview® ProjectPlace hosting.
