October 2026 Issue Identified
October Patch 1 deployment was completed on October 15th at 22:00 UTC. All October deployments going forward will have the patch deployed automatically.

Who is affected: Sandbox environments that received the October Portfolios release between Thursday, October 8 at 02:00 UTC and Tuesday, October 12 at 18:00 UTC.
What’s happening: A targeted patch will be applied to these sandboxes on Thursday, October 15, at some point between 15:00 UTC and 22:00 UTC. Each affected sandbox will be unavailable for approximately 60-90 minutes during that window.
If your environment (production or sandbox) did not receive the October release: Environments skipped during their normally scheduled deployment will be updated as part of the November release. If you need the October release sooner, please open a support case at https://support.planview.com and we will schedule the deployment with you.
We’ve paused the October 2026 release rollout while we investigate an issue affecting the Financial Planning load when invoked within a Job Stream. Our teams are working on a Patch and will share another update when we can confirm the next steps and timing. If you’ve already received the October release in sandbox and encountered this issue, please contact Support so we can understand the impact on your workflows.
