During post-update validation, we identified an issue affecting one of the reporting workflows. To help ensure a stable service, we are rolling back the PBIRS to the January 2024 version. We are investigating the issue and will provide a new maintenance window for the update once it has been addressed.

On Monday, August 10th, from 1400 to 1600 CDT (2000 to 2200 BST), the Cloud Operations team will be applying updates to the UK - Portfolios/EA London Power BI Report Server farm.

During this time all reporting will be unavailable.

We will be updating to the January 2026 version of Microsoft Power BI Report Server.

If you do experience any issues with existing reports please submit a case via https://support.planview.com.
