The update to the US region RDS databases is beginning.
The update to the RDS databases in the AP-southeast-2 region has concluded successfully. All databases report online and available.
The next upgrade, to the US-west-2 region, will begin at 9:00 CDT. Thank you.
The update to the AP region RDS databases is beginning.
The update to the RDS databases in the EU-central-1 region has concluded successfully. All databases report online and available.
The next upgrade, to the AP-southeast-2 region, will begin at 3:00 CDT. Thank you.
The update to the EU region RDS databases is beginning.
The Planview Platform Operations team will be conducting planned database maintenance on Friday, May 29, 2026.
Maintenance Schedule by Region:
- EU Region: 2:00 PM CDT (9:00 PM CEST)
- APAC Region: 3:00 PM CDT (6:00 AM AEST, May 30)
- US Region: 9:00 PM CDT (7:00 PM PDT)
These times are scheduled outside normal business hours for each region.
Expected Duration: Approximately 15 minutes per region
Expected Impact:
During each regional maintenance window, users may experience:
- Brief connection interruptions
- Automatic logouts
- Temporary inability to access the application
Technical Details:
We are upgrading our database infrastructure to the latest PostgreSQL 14 version to improve security, performance, and stability.
