We are aware of the SnapLogic performance instability affecting the US Control Plane following their recent release. SnapLogic has identified the issue and is executing an emergency rollback to a prior stable release. The rollback has been completed as of March 4, 2026.

What this means for customers:
No downtime is planned (except temporary restarts for single-node Snaplexes).
Running pipelines will complete before restart.
Some transient interruptions may occur for new executions during node restarts.

• SnapLogic will provide hourly updates via their Trust site: trust.snaplogic.com

What Planview is doing:

• We are working directly with SnapLogic and monitoring impacted environments.
• Our team is reviewing logs for stuck or failed jobs.
• If customers experience issues, they should open a Support case via the portal for immediate triage.
• Our team is on standby to reset and release impacted jobs as needed.
