Our AdaptiveWork-EU Sandbox environment is currently still down following last week’s outage. We are making progress to restore the availability of this service. We are forecasting that the environment will be available on Sunday, March 8, 2026. We will post a status update as soon as the environment is ready.
We apologize for any continued inconvenience this system outage may cause, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this.

Our AdaptiveWork-EU Sandbox environment is currently down while we perform maintenance following a system outage. This means that you will be unable to access the sandbox environment and utilize the AdaptiveWork sandbox service until we are in a position to bring the related systems back online. This is not affecting the AdaptiveWork production environment and is only affecting the sandbox service, so you are otherwise able to continue using AdaptiveWork as you normally do. We are working to complete our updates to the sandbox environment as quickly as we can, but at this time we do not have an ETA on when it will be made available. As with any system updates, our change management process requires that we perform any updates carefully and that we only release systems after sufficient testing. This process takes time to complete. We apologize for any inconvenience this system outage may cause. We will continue to provide updates as our work in this environment progresses.
