Temporary Solution Being Deployed

We have identified the root cause of the duplicate records issue in the Portfolios OData service. We are deploying a temporary solution by configuring the OData Service in all February 2026 Environments to run in Fallback/Compatibility Mode while we complete a permanent fix.

No action is required on your part. However, please be aware:

  • Some scheduled refreshes and OData Job Streams may be impacted and could fail during this transition.
  • The Diagnostics endpoint may return inconsistent data while all datasets are running in Fallback mode.

This temporary configuration will remain in place until the permanent fix is deployed.

We will continue to monitor the service and provide updates on the permanent resolution timeline.

We are aware of a data consistency issue affecting the Portfolios OData service following the February 2026 release. OData queries are returning duplicate records in result sets.

Impact is specific to larger datasets running in Optimized/Standard mode (datasets with more than 50,000 rows).

Our engineering team is actively investigating and working on a remediation. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
