OData service issue with April 2025 Release
An OData update is scheduled for the September 2025 Portfolios release. This update will deliver improvements and address issues identified in the April release. Additional information is available in the Planview Customer Success Center.
The Planview team has now completed the RCA for this event which can be found in the Planview Customer Success Center.
Impacted environments have been rolled back. The Planview team is working on a roll forward strategy. As we determine next steps we will continue to update this status page.
We are currently experiencing issues related to the April 2025 Release, specifically affecting the OData service. Our teams are actively investigating and addressing these issues on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter any problems with the OData service, please submit a support case at support.planview.com.
