On Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 10:00 PM CDT (UTC-5), the Planview Operations team will rotate the Planview Admin Service Provider (SP) certificate. This will cause a brief disruption of service for Planview Admin users.

If your organization uses SSO to log into Planview Admin, you need to notify your corporate IT department of this upcoming certificate rotation. Your IT department must assess if your IdP configuration requires the Planview Admin SP certificate. If your IdP does not require it, no further action is required.

If your IdP configuration requires the Planview Admin SP certificate, your IT department needs to update your configuration on October 23, 2024, at 10pm CDT (UTC-5). If they do not, users will not be able to authenticate into Planview Admin via SSO until the certificate is updated or your configuration no longer requires the certificate.
