FTP services are now functioning normally

Investigating

We are currently experiencing an issue with the Web Portal for the London FTP Server (https://eft01-ln-mig.pvcloud.com/Web/Account/Login.htm). The server is up and running, and accepting traffic via SFTP over port 22. Please utilize this connection method to connect to the ftp server until the issue with the web portal has been resolved.
