We have identified and solved the issue with PowerBI Reporting Services within our Portfolios/Enterprise Architecture Datacenters in Sydney AWS, in addition to Frankfurt AWS and Oregon AWS as was communicated earlier.
Work is still in progress to restore functionality in London AWS. We will continue to update this status page as the issue is resolved.
