Microsoft advises that the connectivity problems with the PowerBI platform application that were negatively affecting Ideaplace Odata performance system-wide have been resolved.

The Ideaplace Customer Care team has confirmed that all instances are now refreshing PowerBI datasets successfully.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing issues within all IdeaPlace Datacenters.
Some customers may experience issues connecting to PowerBI reporting from their IdeaPlace environment. This is a system-wide problem in the Microsoft Power Platform that is being investigated and addressed by Microsoft.
