Intermittent Power BI Refresh Issue
The fix for the intermittent failures to PowerBI refresh job stream was included in the April 2024 release. Please open a case with support to have it installed into your environment.

We found the potential cause of this issue. This was a bug introduced in the December 2023 release of Portfolios. The fix will be included in the April 2024 release. In the meantime, the workaround continues to be re-try the refreshes as these are intermittent.
