August 2023 Enterprise Architecture Issue
We have released the Patch for the August 2023 update of Enterprise Architecture. We will be updating all customers going forward with this patch. Please note that this is just a patch for EA. Portfolios will still show 23.8.0 as the version but EA will show 23.8.1. If your deployment missed having the patch installed, please open a case with support and we will schedule the update with you via that case. We are resuming continuous cloud deployments for August 2023 for Planview Portfolios. Please be aware that we will be deploying Portfolio’s version August 2023 and Enterprise Architecture June 2023. Once the fix for Enterprise Architecture has been released we will update you. If you missed your deployment window and would like to have August deployed, please open a case and we will schedule the update with you. Planview has identified a bug in the August 2023 version of Enterprise Architecture. We will be stopping all August deployments until further notice. If your sandbox deployment time is skipped due to this, we will plan to get your environment caught up in September. If you need to have August deployed to your environment, please open a case with support (https://support.planview.com) and we will schedule a one-off deployment with you.
