Adaptive Work issue with outbound calls

Following service degradation post release 23.R09 on Sunday, July 9th the version has been rolled back to 23.R08 and normal service has resumed.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing issues with outbound calls functionality. Some users may experience issues connecting to their Adaptive Work environment or longer response times for common actions.
