The IdeaPlace planned maintenance has concluded. All instances in all datacenters are online and available.
Ideaplace instances whose URL is on the *.spigit.com domain do not need to take any further action.
Instances whose Ideaplace URL is on some other domain please update your DNS entry to the new endpoint provided by Customer Care.

The IdeaPlace scheduled maintenance continues as planned. Certain instances hosted in the Chicago datacenter remain offline during the maintenance event. All other instances in US and worldwide are unaffected.
The maintenance will continue during the day today.
The planned IdeaPlace maintenance is beginning now and will continue throughout the weekend. Certain instances hosted in the Chicago datacenter will be unavailable. No instances in our EMEA or APAC regions will be affected.
On May 26, 2023 Ideaplace will continue infrastructure maintenance on our Chicago datacenter. The maintenance will begin at 7:30 PM CDT and will continue throughout the weekend.
Ideaplace will be inaccessible during this planned maintenance only for certain customers hosted in our Chicago datacenter. All other IdeaPlace instances will remain unaffected.
Affected customers should review the Planview support portal for open cases detailing what changes they should expect to see. Please contact customer care with any questions or concerns.
