IdeaPlace Planned Maintenance May
The planned maintenance of the IdeaPlace Frankfurt and London-based instances has concluded successfully.
All instances are back online and accessible.
Customers who use an instance URL on domains other than the Spigit.com domain should update their DNS to the endpoints they were supplied by Customer Care.

Status update:
The planned maintenance of the FRA and LON IdeaPlace instances continues. Data volume copy is ongoing and expected to take until some time tomorrow.
The planned maintenance in Ideaplace Frankfurt and London datacenters started on schedule and is underway.
On May 5, 2023 Ideaplace will continue infrastructure migration from our London and Frankfurt datacenters.
The maintenance will begin at 1:00 PM CDT (7:00 PM BST, 8:00 PM CEST) and will continue throughout the weekend. Ideaplace will be inaccessible during this planned maintenance.
Affected customers should review the Planview support portal for open cases detailing what changes they should expect to see. Please contact customer care with any questions or concerns.
