IdeaPlace - Some sites inaccessible after upgrade
The issue causing performance degradation for some IdeaPlace customers has been resolved. All sites are operational now.
We have identified the issue and are working towards a resolution, although some customer sites are still unavailable at the moment. We will provide additional updates when more information is available.
We are aware of an issue impacting a small number of customer instances in our US data center following the most recent upgrade of the IdeaPlace application. We are working to resolve the issue, and will update as progress is made.
