E1 March Patch Update

Resolved

Now that March 2021 Patch 1 has been released we are rolling it our to our continuous cloud customer sandboxes that are scheduled for this week (4th/1st). For those customers that were missed, the Sandbox deployments on the 2nd week of the month, we will be deploying to your sandboxes this week starting March 23 (and production next week) at the same time and day as your normal push dates.

If your original push date for Sandbox was March 8th, Cloud Operations will be reaching out to you directly to schedule you deployments.

If you would prefer to skip the March update and just wait until the April deployments please open a case and we will coordinate that with you

Monitoring

March patch has been released and we will be updating customer environments according to the original entry to this issue.

We will continue to monitor the update process and resolve this issue once we have updated all the environments that has been postponed.

Maintenance

The March patch is scheduled to be released end of day 3/17/2021.

Continuous Cloud customers
Starting March 21st Continuous Cloud customers scheduled to receive the March release will resume as scheduled. Continuous Cloud customers who have received March release will be patched the week of March 22nd. For Continuous Cloud customers who did not receive the March release will get notification of when it will be released to their Sandbox environment.

For customers who requested the February and March release we will communicate via the case to reschedule the update.
