Re-runs of that same report tile will typically produce a successful and expected result. If a re-run is not successful and errors are consistently encountered on the same report tile please create a new case with Customer Care.

Planview Enterprise One team is continuing to troubleshoot the intermittent errors in the reporting services. We continue to work closely with Microsoft Support team as we have been from the beginning by providing data from the reporting environment. We have seen a decrease in the number of failed reports but do not have a full resolution yet. At this time, the only workaround is to retry your reports should you receive an error. We will continue to update this status page as the issue is resolved.
