We have identified the root cause for both the Time User issue and the Scheduled Jobs issue. The fixes are currently in test. Pending final QA, we will be looking to deploy both fixes tonight. We will post a further update shortly.
The following 2 issues have been reported since the March release. PPM Pro is looking into these issues with the highest priority. We will update you when we know more.
Time Users cannot choose new Projects/Tasks for time charging.
Schedule jobs are not running for Dashboards, Time-based Alerts, KPI captures.
