We are implementing a workaround on the EU Reporting Farm for PRM 15 and 16 by increasing the authentication timeout to prevent connections from being terminated early. In some cases, users may receive a blank screen for up to 20 seconds while trying to load report tiles. We will continue to update this status page as the issue is resolved. The Microsoft Reporting Server patch installed this weekend did not correct the performance problem. It did address a number of backend service issues that seen in the logs. We are still investigating the issue and have multiple teams coordinating together to identify the root cause. Updates regarding our investigation will be posted here until the issue is resolved. While investigating the performance degradation for the EU Report Farm for PRM 15 and 16, we have identified a critical Microsoft Reporting Service patch. Tonight we will be taking an emergency maintenance on this farm to apply this patch. The install will take place at 2300 CDT and will require 1 hour of downtime.
